		<description>Thanks for the kind words. One of the biggest challenges here, I think, is that we&#039;re confronting our blind spots--to which, by definition, we&#039;re blind! I suppose one can make conscious efforts to ferret them out, but for most of us, I suspect, it&#039;s a matter of addressing them when life brings them to our attention.</description>
