Thanks for the kind words. One of the biggest challenges here, I think, is that we’re confronting our blind spots–to which, by definition, we’re blind! I suppose one can make conscious efforts to ferret them out, but for most of us, I suspect, it’s a matter of addressing them when life brings them to our attention.
